The 24 teams set to compete in the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations have been confirmed following the conclusion of the qualifying series on Tuesday night.


The last three nations to secure their spots are Mozambique, Botswana, and Tanzania. They join the 21 teams that had already qualified for the tournament.


The full list of qualified teams includes: Morocco, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Algeria, DR Congo, Senegal, Egypt, Angola, Gabon, Uganda, South Africa, Nigeria, Benin Republic, Comoros, Sudan, Equatorial Guinea, Côte d’Ivoire, Zimbabwe, Mali, Zambia, and Tunisia.


The 2025 AFCON will be hosted by Morocco from December 21, 2025, to January 18, 2026.
