Challenges of Justice: Addressing Allegations Against the RPA in the Rwandan Genocide

The IRMCT Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) recently announced that it has accounted for all fugitives indicted by the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) for crimes committed during the Rwandan genocide that took place during the 100 days of unspeakable violence.
